Questions, answered.
Can you tile over existing tiles?
Sometimes, if they're sound and flat — but stripping back is usually the better long-term job and we'll advise honestly.
Do you do large-format tiles?
Yes, including large-format porcelain. These need a very flat substrate, which we prepare as part of the job.
How long before I can use the room?
Typically 24 hours after grouting for floors. We'll give you exact times for the products used.
