Can we live in the house during the work?
Often yes, and we'll phase the work to keep key rooms usable. For major refurbishments it's usually quicker and cleaner if the property is empty.
Who manages the other trades?
We do. You get one point of contact and one programme — we handle the electricians, plumbers and joiners.
How are payments structured?
Staged against agreed milestones, set out in the written quote before work starts.
